"Horrible first experience at this lab! Never had an experience like this when it was Delta Radiology. Arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment time as requested, and signed in, and was the ONLY person in the waiting room. I was literally ignored for 25 minutes while the person sitting at the desk got up and down, made phone calls etc., before someone called my name and said “we’ll be with you in a second”, this after several others who arrived after me were called up (I assume for other types of imaging) At least 20 minutes after my appointment time (30 min after I signed in), I was finally called to the desk to provide my insurance cards, etc, and only then was given a printout asking me about history etc. My referring doctor’s address wasn’t in the system, so while they were trying to find it, I pulled it up on my phone, so we could get this moving. THEN my “bar code” wouldn’t print, because the “system” didn’t have me “checked in”. 3 people had to try to figure it out, and one concluded that it must be because I had changed my appointment—I told them I had not changed my appointment. Finally she created a duplicate “order” and took me back to prepare for my imaging. The technician was friendly and efficient, and once I made it thru “registration” it was great. I would NOT recommend going there. Next time, I’ll drive to Stockton and save myself some time!"
