"My mother has been in this horrible hospital for a week now. She had a fall and broke her hip. Transport people moved her not knowing she had a broken hip. The nurses station is another story. You can call let it ring 50 times and nobody will answer. Because they are all talking to each other. While visiting you call the station and whoever answers has an attitude because you have a question about your mom or need something. She actually called the room on the call thing. And said yes with an attitude what do need now said her name. I just said sorry with an attitude too. I said never mind. The 3rd floor nurses are great . They were nice and attentive. Loved that floor. It's the 2nd floor nurses that really suck. If they are over worked and tired not my problem . They shouldn't be nurses if they don't have compassion and aren't nice. If I could move her I would . She was fine after surgery . But 2 days later she's dying. What happened during those 2 days to make her decline so much!! Don't take your loved ones here they may not make it out. If I could give a 0 star I would."

"It was a good experience. Everything went fast and smooth with no problems. The staff was very good and did their jobs with the professionalism that I have seen at other hospitals. I would give them the opportunity to help me again."

"Although the wait was long as is expected in any emergency facility, the care given was very competent and caring. The X-ray tech was extremely patient and kind; as were all of the ER staff considering they had an overflowing patient load. They always had a nice comforting word and smile. Kudos to all of the staff."

"From the check-in to the patient room the ER nurses and staff did an amazing job to make me feel well taken care of. The ultrasound tech was very informative and made me feel very comfortable during the scan. The ER doctor clearly conveyed the results and informed me of the steps to take following the visit. It was a very busy morning in the ER, and staff were friendly and professional. Overall a great experience."

"Thank you to all the L&D staff, pediatricians, audiologist, house keeping, kitchen staff, and all the behind the scenes folks! I was recently induced on 12/10/23 and was placed primarily in the care of Lindsay (L&D nurse) and Gabby (L&D nurse) during the next 36 hours. Lindsay’s wealth of knowledge and wisdom about birthing positions was such a huge help to me applying things I had elementary knowledge of. Her emphasis on consent and patient advocacy was also a huge comfort as a first time mom. Lindsay and my husband also got along swimmingly keeping the atmosphere light through their mutual sense of humor (allowing him to feel comfortable and included in the process from start to finish). Gabby was with us on day two of my induction as she was being trained by Lindsay. She was very sweet and took care of me and baby during some very vulnerable moments without making me feel ashamed or unsafe. Thank you to these L&D ladies for instilling me with confidence through the L&D process and a sense of security that I was in trust worthy hands. Thank you also to the women who got me onto the right foot of my breastfeeding journey! So many of the staff were knowledgeable so it helped me catch any issues and learn techniques quickly. Thank you to Lupe the travel nurse who spend my first evening postpartum with us sharing some of her knowledge as a mom and helping my husband and I learn some of the new parents “ropes.” Evita (I’m sorry I can’t quite recall the spelling) helped us in the next day of postpartum and was an absolute sweetheart. Despite her busy day assisting many other patients she always made sure I was caring for myself and we knew what to expect for baby’s upcoming tests and care. Thank you to all the capable and friendly pediatricians, baby nurses, and the audiologist. I truly felt like we were in such capable hands during our stay! The kitchen staff were also very knowledgeable and accommodating to my dietary needs As a gestational diabetic which gave me one less thing to think about. Thank you!"
