"I have now called twice to check status of the auth for my son to have an MRI. 1. You cannot understand what the person answering the initial call says. 2. Transferred to wherever and still haven't spoke with anyone! Seriously questioning why my doctor would send us to this place. Terrible customer service."

"On this morning, everything went well. Trick is to get here early! I was the first in the office. Even though I was first, they have to input all your info into their data base if you haven't been here before.. So I waited approximately 25 minutes before being called back which is phenomenal these days for a walk in appointment! Once called back, the tech did her thing quickly & efficiently & I was on my way out the door! Place could use a little sprucing up inside. The outside is much better taken care of lol"

"By far the worst service of any health care facility ever. They have someone you could barely understand working the phone. On top of it they can’t answer my simple question. “Can I get my neck checked out”. Was on hold for more than 20 minutes. They didn’t even bother answering the door phone the time I called them before today. Just completely unprofessional and these guys want our business can’t even show you that they fake care about your problems. They seem to be more concerned about defending themselves in the Google reviews sad and pathetic owner."

"The hold times for making an appointment are ridiculous. I have been on hold for over 30 minutes multiple times and then the phones are turned off and it goes to an answering machine. I leave messages and don’t get called back. I don’t know if they are short staffed or what. This makes me worried that the rest of the practice isn’t being ran well. Being that this can be a life or death image, it very worrisome if they can’t get the simple phones answering accomplished in a mannerly time."

"Waiting area is rundown. Calling for an appointment is a nightmare. Two days trying… over 7 minutes on hold. Gave up hung up. Second day … first call 13.42! Thirteen minutes and 42 seconds. Gave up. Third call… still holding. It’s been 16 plus minutes with no end insight. Unbelievable in this day any company would have a phone system so out of date. Shame on them. And now the rest of the story I was on hold for a total of 41 minutes and 40 seconds And that time I got a recording to leave a message. I waited 41 minutes to get a recording to tell me to leave a message I don’t know how they stay in business. I am just totally disgusted with them."
