"I took my mom and my sister to this urgent care for symptoms of diarrhea for 2 weeks. A woman, who they said was the doctor seemed very confused at what she was doing. While my mom and I were waiting for the doctor, she came in and started to give us test results for another patient. This doctor, who did not introduced herself to us did absolutely nothing to let us know why my mom and sister were having diarrhea. She ordered my sister Imodium for diarrhea. I asked the doctor if Imodium was better than Pepto Bismol and she said , "that's what the internet says."I am scare to go there again." I ended up taking my mom to the emergency room, because she was starting to feel weak."

"I know that places like this deal with a lot of financially indigent type. People and this leads to an assumption that everyone they deal with is trash or uneducated.. But they treat people like they're stupid they do not listen to people. Working in the medical field bedside manner is very important. After dealing with some of these people here. I really hope they don't go on to be doctors. You can't affect if we treat anyone. If you're not willing to listen to them. And here they're concerns and try and show a little bit of compassion before you respond.."

"HORRIBLE attitude and bedside manner. I know they see a lot of people that are sick. This is their chosen profession. I took my adult daughter, she was horribly sick. They wouldn’t let me go back with her and chastised her once she went back because her Mother brought her. She was horribly sick, wasn’t safe for her to drive. Then they argued about testing her for RSV, Flu - finally agreed to test her. Mind you she has great private pay insurance, and I even told them we would pay for testing. Important part is we wanted to know exactly what is was to get proper meds and her step dad is older and compromised. So we wanted her treated with the right meds…no guessing game. Positive for Influenza A - yet all the paperwork they gave us was wrong. Called them back and they agreed we had wrong paperwork but they couldn’t email the right paperwork. I could not pick it up, said daughter would have to come herself. They were rude - will NEVER go back there."

"Service here is excellent. Might take a little minute to be seen but the staff are sweet & understand. The two ladies who took my vitals were wonderful! I went in due to clogged ears with excessive amounts of wax and Ana was very great and flushed it all out for me so that I can hear again! Thank you everyone for being sweet and having patience for everything patient. ♥️"

"I'm speaking about Jessica and Dr. Lucas, they both were great, no, exceptional, no, fantastic!! They treated you like they care and not just another number. Also, if you need shots, you want Jessica to give them because when she finishes you didn't even know she started...because she's that smooth!"
