"First, they cancel my appointment 20 minutes before then I get another appointment when they called to confirm they told me to get here as as soon I could I get here 45 minutes and they questioned why I got here early...wth! I waited way past my actual appointment time. And you could see that the staff is busy doing nothing but talking about what they are going to do tonight. Are you kidding this place has gone down hill! And you pay so much money for horrible service."

"Missed appointments because I switching insurance and their insurance department knew about it too via email yet they still made appointments with me then have the audacity to act like I missed 20 when in reality divide that by 10. They're not helpful knowing damn well people need surgery. Go somewhere else that actually cares and will help you not give you false hope!"
