"Go elsewhere. Really bad experience! The heater didn’t work and cold wind came inside the room. We didn’t sleep the ENTIRE night. The only night we booked and stayed. When we approached the front desk the next day during checkout, we were told “so sorry.. I’ll make sure the general manager will call you”. No one did. For the amount we paid for a single night with such a bad experience, we expected to get compensated with at least a partial refund. No one there really gives a F*** and that’s a shame for a hotel that seemed to be like a good upscaled choice. Disappointing."

"Southbridge Napa Valley feels like a little piece of home! It is such a charming hotel with great amenities, wonderful staff, and extremely well located. It is walking distance to St. Helena and easily accessible to the local wineries. Highly recommend!"

"The hotel provides a spa, gym, and convenient EV charging stations. Free parking and breakfast (they bring breakfast into your room every morning, and you can select what you want to eat and what time) The hotel's fantastic location is within easy reach of well-known restaurants, bakeries, and wineries. The staff is amiable and accommodating. Despite its online appearance, the hotel pleasantly surprised us with superior quality and exceptional services."

"Our second stay here. Wish they'd relax the COVID rules since we liked the breakfast in a bigger room than ours. Room was clean and very functional but for Napa we thought could use one more piece of furniture. We've brought others with us both times and they liked it too. Location is perfect. Staff very attentive and friendly. Relaxful atmosphere even when Napa is chaotic."

"Highly recommend. Great spot in St. Helena. Close to all the best vineyards and you can walk to some of the best restaurants in the area. The bathrooms are brand new, highest ceilings ever, fireplace and balcony in pretty much every room. The gym facilities are super nice too. Overall better stay than I even expected."
