"Exceptional! Beautiful rooms, cordial service, and located next to some of the best wineries in the area. Make sure you book a room overlooking the vineyard. Breakfast at Acacia is highly recommended and so is the spa. Tip: book with Chase Travel to get free breakfast and credit. Very highly recommended, especially for a romantic getaway. The best hotel I’ve stayed in the area."

"What a wonderful place to stay!! Everything and everyone were amazing! The location is set in the heart of wine country (St. Helena), next door to Beringer vineyard and close to many others. The staff are attentive, pleasant and super helpful…whether they’re parking your car or just providing directions. Here’s a view from the room. It is an adult only facility. Definitely a must visit!"

"Wow, amazing place for a vacation! Service is top notch here. We got upgraded to a vineyard corner room and it was spectacular! Our only regret was that we were only staying for 1 night and didn't have time to use the pool and fitness center. Oh well, next time!"

"This place can easily be 5 stars but the only good thing about this place is the location & vineyard rooms with a view. Front desk personal are basic & area is super small. She pretended we were upgraded but we got a room that reserved except downgraded being in the ground floor which is opposite what we have on our profile. I had requested to changed Hyatt number & they took wrote it down but didn’t do anything about it. The dark out shades in the room is very loud & not relaxing. The bathroom floors should be heated to exude luxury. The spa was closed hours too early on NYE, the outdoor bar very limited hours & pool service nonexistent even from room service without a notice from the front desk when we checked in. We went here for a weekend NYE getaway & it was overpriced for everything that’s lacking from a luxury 5 star hotel."

"We found the property very private and intimate. The view of the vines were very romantic. The beds and pillows were very soft, and the free coffee was excellent. We preferred to walk to town for breakfast and lunch, so the location was convenient. Can't comment on the restaurant though. There is a bridge to Beringer next door so we were able to get a $20 or $30 discount on wine tasting there."
