"A gem of a boutique hotel. Small scale but great service by the hotel crew. From front desk, housekeeping and ladies at the breakfast bar. Room was clean, tidy and uses very nice toiletries. We liked the location too. On Main Street that is convenient and close to shops and eateries but without the noise and crowds. There’s also sheltered parking at the back of the hotel. We were early for our check-in (3pm) but they already had our room ready at half past noon. St Helena is also a nice spot to venture to other areas in Napa Valley. We had wanted to stay longer but there were fully booked - now I know why."

"One of the best Hotels we have ever stayed at. Location at the end of main street, with great restaurants near by. The service was 5 star including the Hotel best breakfast options (included). Looking forward to our next stay.. Be prepared to pay for this great stay."

"This hotel was a sweet little find. The staff from housekeeping on up is top notch. Special shout out to Carole, Rene, Pau and Vicki. Loved everything including breakfast! The only downside for me personally, a different pillow option. They have good quality pillows but for me, too big and hard. An option for a smaller, squishier down pillow would be appreciated. Looking forward to next year's conference!"

"Wow!! One of the BEST places we have ever stayed. (Around the world twice). Very quiet. Great room with refrige. We loved the location. We spent 3 nights. Went to 2 wineries during the day then in the evening, We walked from the hotel to the local restaurants- Goose and Gander, Market, and Cook. Fabulous! In the morning, the included breakfast was amazing from the Model Bakery. Definitely have the English Muffin and Quiche. Kudos to Erwin and Amanda who go above and beyond for customer service, creating an experience for a definite return! We can't wait to come back!! Thank You!!"
