"Surrey has had a hard go of things, starting the business during the floods and then dealing with the inconsistencies of winter and a resort community. That said, these folks really care. I have seen several neighbors use their gym to get fit and in this storm season they have consistently offered up their facilities, FOR FREE, to folks in need due to power outages. Thanks for being a good community partner. I will endeavor to use your gym and maybe get fit someday, but until then, you have our collective gratitude for stepping up for the Russian River."

"We had one of the best weekends glamping at Surrey Resort! My daughter could not stop squealing with excitement… It was so nice that they had s’mores kits and fire starting supplies for sale.. and all the staff WAS SO FREAKING NICE. And mama got to soak in the hot tub before little woke up. HUGE WIN. We can’t wait to be back!"

"One of the best glamping experiences ever. Very secluded yet centrally located. Saharra went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The facilities were very clean and the amenities were awesome as well. It was a great stay and can't wait to go back."

"You're better off reserving a campsite at the Armstrong Redwood Reserve or booking at one of the hotels in town. Good concept -- poorly run. Cons: - There is no one on staff at night or any number you can call at night that will pick up. So there is zero enforcement of any reasonable quietness or safety on the grounds. The party two tents down was partying with hard alcohol until 2am while cursing loudly every other sentence. Staff were dismissive of my concerns. If your expectation is getting sleep or relaxation, do not stay here. - Hot tub was broken - Bathrooms/shower were grossly dirty Pros: - Close to day hikes and wineries nearby - Each tent has its own fire pit - There is a pool on site"
