"This hotel isn't perfect and I don't need perfection but the customer service was above and beyond. At first I didn't get a warm fuzzy feeling but I was a newcomer. Raj at the front desk turned out to be the most kind and fair man. Completely respectful. Non judgemental. The workers here are to be trusted. The housekeeper totally saved me and my belongings when I went to jail. The owner and her were %100 respectful of my belongings. I ended up living here for a couple months and felt like family. Any time I ever come to Ukiah I will be staying at the royal without a doubt. Any problem I had, Raj fixed it quick. He always seems concerned that all needs are met loyal fair and honest are 3 good qualities here for sure."

"Used to be decent model back in the 80s and 90s. It's now sadly a major drug den and I wouldn't usually say something like this publicly. You can watch deals while driving by. That's not ok nor healthy for anyone to see. Feel bad for the business's around this location."

"Great Dish Network Package! Fresh towels! Microwave and refrigerator. A/C works great. I think they will be having Maid Service Soon! Possibly Rewards points too!"

"I work near this motel and google keeps asking me to rate it so here goes. The police and/or fire dept respond a lot. Some people are great and using the place to get on their feet others are dealing drugs there and in neighboring parking lots. It seems there is always some sort of repair work being done, so either they have damage or are upgrading the place. I feel for a lot of people there who have no place else to go, through whatever circumstances, and My heart breaks for any kids. I am sending good thoughts to every one who is staying there."

"Most comfortable beds (firm mattresses) south of Redding. Friendliest staff north of needles. Parking is a little tight but overall worth the money. And the fact that they care is obvious. The wiring needs a little work but mainly my own fault for being to tired at the time to understand old tech"
