"I have been trying to call about rates, but no one answers the phone. I tried to drive up to the property to inquire about rates, and a random guy yelled. "You looking for a room? $100 a night." I have no idea if he actually worked there or was just a parking lot scammer. I just backed up and drove away. Clearly, these people have no idea how to run a business. The customer experience is awful."

"After paying cash for 2 night .they do not take debt cards. Was told they had promised the room to someone else. Manger offered 2 give me back $30. But I paid $300 for 2 nights. Owner did finally give me back my money."

"Celeste was amazing to my family! We didn't know where we were going to go with our kids and she found a way to make us feel welcomed and very comfortable. It's not a home of our own, but at least we're under a roof and have a wonderful landlady :)"

"Visited once to see conditions. The floors were filthy, the bedding was old and not washed, the electrical wiring was bad, there's an old pool with paint, dirt, and scrap metal in it. My car broke down once here and I asked the manager for assistance and she rudely told me NO and that I HAD TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY by the management. Ya, not nice people."

"The manager of the regency inn-- ukiah, california; is a wonderful woman. She's gotten rid of all the shady neighbors and tells you how it is, she doesn't beat around the bush. My whole family loves celeste. Also the Regency is pretty quiet with a very relaxed atmosphere. Most of the tenants are families so there is very little b.s. A few crazies sometimes slip through the cracks but they don't last long. The housekeeper Lisa is also a very wonderful person, she goes above and beyond when she cleans and is wonderful to talk to. Very friendly."
