"There's mold in some of the rooms my wife got really sick from it the room we rented was filthy when we moved in we had to clean it we stayed there for 6 months it was hell I will never stay there again if you're white or black it's not the place for you they cater to Mexican my wife wanted a cat she said no pets then a Mexican family moved in and they had a dog"

"Rooms rent by the week or month with a $500 security deposit. It doesn't function as a motel ... no maid service, no management or clerks on site. There are no studio apartments. There are renovated rooms that are clean with very soft beds. Some rooms that are not maintained with old, lumpy beds that are cheaper. The single rooms only have a bed, microwave, small fridge, tiny end table & tv, no dressers or shelves or anywhere to put anything away. The kitchenettes are not furnished, bring your own furnature & TV."
