"Terrible service. 1st off there is a language barrier. They know basic words like sit, thank you and pay. Showed them a picture of what my daughter wanted. Not even close. They colored her eyebrows to dark and the the eyebrows henna was drawn on like a sharpie. Basically a rounded unibrow, made way to big. She looked like a Latino, not a hot Latino but a sharpie Latino. She looks awful, she was in tears all day. No refund, nothing. They couldn't even apologize cause they don't know English. Our fault I guess for trusting a place in the mall and a couple of women without any credibility or even a certification. I DO NOT recommend. Trust me go somewhere else."

"There's no telling people that threading doesn't hurt because it DOES. But Brow16 does quick and professional work. They also offer other services I've never tried (like brow darkening)."

"I was never asked what I wanted. I sat and she just started threading. I immediately said CURVED. Well, I now have THIN, UNEVEN, and Idk what kind of shape. Plus sliced my brows in the middle on both brows, the only thing even. She was so rough and took maybe 4 mins. Ive been here before with no problem. Not sure it was the same girl. But with no other choices out here, that’s where Ive been going. I will never go back. If anyone has suggestions for any other threading place, please let me know."

"Mandy does an amazing job on lashes for a small price of only 30$. She is also very good at eyebrow threading and tinting. The price is affordable and the quality is amazing. She is phenomenal. 10/10 recommend."
