"After my mother passed away, I found myself in charge of the Trust and in a position where I needed to have an estate sale. I didn't know where to begin, so I began checking online and by word of mouth. A friend of mine recommended Yellow Dog Estate Sales, so I called them up and scheduled a meet and greet. It took them about 10 days to prepare for the auction, because we had a lot of things. The weekend of the auction went without a hitch, and, of course, there were things left over. For an additional fee, they will make sure everything is removed and leave the home left in broom-swept condition. If you don't want the hassle of dealing with leftover things, I highly recommend paying the little extra, because it's well worth it. Just as important, during their preparations, they found family mementos we had missed. Instead placing them in the estate sale, they placed these items is a secure place, so family could go through it later.
