"Came in on a rainy day messed up from plumbing. Saw a sea of orange aprons in this store, AND, no one ran away when they saw me coming to ask a question. Had two gentlemen help me try to first open a 20+ year old faucet. Didn't work then recommended the best options for me. I'll drive a little further just to get this kind of customer service."

"Nice place to get just about everything you need for home and garden. This time, tried the pickup lockers (Just outside the front entrance). Lift the flap, touch the screen, enter the code from the text, and it pops open the compartment containing your purchase. It's great for smaller items!"

"When I checked out Diane was extremely helpful. We wanted two very large raised vegetables beds. Before she charged me she confirmed that there was two available. She tracked down two male employees to help load my SUV. Perry and Gabriel came and loaded everything in. I had great service from all."

"I shop Home Depot a lot. I use the app to find what I need. This store has so much stuff spread out you can't find anything, especially with the app. The plumbing department has P-traps on the isle with jetted tubs and bath fans. The app says isle 18 but it's on 35. When I'm tired or in a hurry I hate going here. The employees are super nice and helpful, I'll give them that. The store is very clean too. However, whoever designed the store and updated the app must hate their job and it shows."

"I agree with some that the aisles are sometimes cluttered and disorganized. What I hate about these box stores is the very little help, trying to find someone who really is knowledgeable in the various depts. I think they just cross train. Garden area is just okay."
