"After visiting 3 other competing mattress stores and getting the pricing of local competitors, I can easily say with confidence that Mattress Firm was by far the best overall experience in regards to everything including pricing, customer service, ease of purchase and it will definitely be the store I always come back to for all my future mattress needs. Right as we walked through the door, Chris was there to greet us and he is an exceptional mattress expert. Not only was he able to break down every deal they had going on but was able to match some other online deals I was looking at and threw in as much as he possibly could which ended up making my purchase way better than anything I could have ordered online. The pricing here was actually competitive to start with compared to other places like Sit n Sleep in Brea. Not only that, but they have financing options to help alleviate any issues you might have with smaller, easier payments if that's what you prefer. Not sure about the other associates, but Chris was just so easy to talk to and down to earth, it really didn't feel like some of the other mattress stores where they feel like used car salesmen, Chris worked with us for over an hour trying out all the different mattress and base options they had available and was exceptionally patient with us. I recommend him 100% if you're looking for a really good mattress associate to help get you that new mattress you've been looking for without all the annoying pressure or bad pricing of other places. He found the best fit for me and my girlfriend and gave me a price that was better than online deals. I paid for the extra delivery setup and it was well worth it if you're planning on getting an adjustable base along with your mattress. The delivery guys from the Mattress Firm warehouse came at the earliest listed time frame and was able to set up my king-sized mattress within 30 minutes. The only single issue I had was that the box the base came in did not have a sync cabled included even though it was marked as such so I had to reschedule another appointment with Mattress Firm to have guys come with another sync cable to set it up. The entire time, Chris and another woman at the Brea location were in contact with me to setup my appointment and made sure my order was completed and didn't just ignore my missing issue. The service at this place is seriously top notch and I bought an additional 10 year warranty because of it. Amazing service, great prices and a really good selection of mattresses makes Mattress Firm the best possible place for all your mattress needs. Thanks again Chris for the wonderful experience."
