"I've been buying from Bidrl for over 10 years since it was just the Sacramento location. This is the location I have been too and is now the only place I go. They picture everything exceedingly well, they are super fair with any issues because sometimes things happen. Everyone who works there is extremely friendly and helpful I can't say enough about them. I hope they stick around for a very long time, thank you for being AWESOME!!!!!"

"Doesn't respond to customers, will not return phone calls, breaks their own terms and conditions. Blacklist customers when they are called out on their poor business practices and violation of their terms and conditions. Hurt feelings over contractual business practices. To their response, they don't answer the phone number printed on their own invoices or contracts. They also do not respond to there Natomas BidRL email address listed on their invoices. The threats they are so intimidated was "you are not following your own printed terms and conditions, this leave you open for liability and I will seek legal action. This fear of being held to their own rules is "extremely disrespectful and threatening." Practices of deception and bait and switch seem to be normal practice and their have a "fear" of being held to their own published rules" I find it amusing a negative review gets an instant response but emails to their listed email account tale days... Image of perception over reality I guess..."
