"Sam was very helpful in helping my wife and I in our couch selection, he was patient and kind. We had some small delivery issues but he took great care of it. Sales manager Liz was also very helpful and great to work with. She is very reasonable to easy to talk to."

"The place is physically amazing. But... The furniture is largely particle board, though, and it's overpriced. You can literally find a lot of the same items on Amazon for cheaper. This weekend I found a mediocre fuzzy blanket for $150 and it was only fuzzy on one side. The dude in the rug section has zero interest in helping customers. And one time we ordered a bed, and by the time it came in they had a sale, but they wouldn't honor the sale price. So we said okay, cancel it. So they did. And then we bought it at the sale price. It's like, really? Y'all could've just not tried to screw us over and made less work for yourselves, but if you prefer to work harder, not smarter, go ahead? But this place is pretty cool to tour. There's video games upstairs. And you can get a lot of ideas for how you want to decorate. But I think their business practices are probably tailored for suckering older people who fall for dumb policies. Check it out while you can, because they won't be around in twenty years."

"RC Willey is the place to buy your appliances. Walked in was greeted several times by various employees with a warm non pressure greeting. Made my way up to the appliance department, was greeted and let to explore as I liked with the knowledge of who I should talk to if I have questions or need assistance. Found a perfect washer dryer set by LG. Was shown the warranty options and delivery /setup options. Got all of it. On delivery day received not one but four communications regarding my delivery time. (Phenomenal). Delivery team arrived on time, and was in and out with additional intrusions on how to use the unit. Over all I’d say RC Willey sets the standard of what good services look like. A new forever customer.❤️"

"I'd love to leave 3.5 stars. For starters, the RC Willey people have been great and supportive. The problem lies with the installation and repair companies they use. The first combo wall oven we got arrived damaged, with a broken part and a door that wouldn't close properly. This was not discovered until after installation. RC Willey replaced the oven, but the turntable in the microwave did not work. Lake Appliance Repair has had to order parts, reschedule appointments (at least twice). We have been without a functioning or properly functioning microwave since mid-January. It's been frustrating to say the least."
