"tl;dr: gave away an item we won after spending a year trying to find it. Told me to wait til they found a replacement, we found it for them, on their site, at the same location, after 3 months and they didn't follow through. After winning an auction, they gave my item to the wrong person and tried to give me something in place of it that was 1/3 the MSRP of what we won. After I declined, they instructed us to wait as they'd find us a replacement. Since we understand the nature of the business and try to be flexible, we requested something comparable, even if broken. Just to be helpful, we watched the site for the last 3 months and found the EXACT item that was mishandled at their facility. After several unanswered calls, we submitted an email and were told that they can't help us anymore and issued a refund. It's also worth adding that since they sell returns, please be careful on bidding on things that they don't show inside the box. We've purchased several items from them that were clearly used and returned. Some to the point that they were unusable. It's incredibly disappointing that their quality of service has declined so much since we have been a good customer for years."
"Descriptions are not always accurate and some items are broken returns or missing parts. I bought a ceiling fan they listed as having a LED light. Not only did it never have a light (the box was clearly mark as no light) it was missing the cover plate. In spite of that, they refused to let me return it."
"I’ve won two items through the auction and both times have been disappointing. The first time it was stated in the item title that the item was a DOWN comforter. When I picked it up after paying I saw that it was not a down comforter and actually alternative. I took it back and asked for a refund and they were able to take it back since “it was our mistake we wrote it incorrectly” which was very nice of the guy who was there. Then I received an annoying email trying to fight the refund that I had already received making up stories that I was allergic to down and that’s why it was alternative. Like what? Whoever it was on the email said they would do the refund as a courtesy to me lol anyways, moving on to today. I picked up another item and in the pictures they provided it looked like the items were in perfect condition yet all the pieces were bent and you can clearly see as soon as you open the box but they positioned it in their pictures to where it doesn’t show. All items are as is and I understand but it wouldn’t be that difficult to take one extra step and list the defects in the details description that they never bother to fill. Not worth it in the end to bid. You never know what you’re getting and it’s not like you can stop it anytime. They’re open for only three days out of the week and you have to make an appointment. At that time the item probably was won by someone else or you won it without being REALLLLLY being able to go take a look physically since they make it so difficult"
"I bought a $350 office chair for 50 bucks total and I love it! Call ahead before picking up your stuff and it will be ready upon your arrival. Service was fast and friendly. I will definitely buy from them again!"
"Amazing find, love this place. Liquidation items that can save you a bunch of money. We have bought mattresses, computers, monitors and household items. They liquidate major retailers inventory with evening auctions that offer a wide range of deals. The staff are helpful and even loaded my car as my back is bad. They donated a large amount of items to my hospital when we were short of gowns, masks and other COVID screens. Donated without asking, as soon as they heard we were short they kept the donations coming. Folks that are the real deal!"
