"Extremely unhappy with the computer dept at Best Buy as well as the Geek Squad!! My son and I spent a considerable amount of money on two computers yesterday I was given misinformation about the one I purchased! The salesmen AND manager in that dept need to educate themselves about the products they’re selling!!!!"

"Purchased a dishwasher here recently. We opted for a warranty that covers not just this purchase, but any other device we had. Today, had some issues with my phone and laptop, and the Geek squad did not charge anything, because our umbrella warranty covered it. The tech was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. The store is thriving with many people coming in to take advantage of the great selection and helpful staff."

"I ordered a camera from them. I cancelled within an hour, called to be sure cancellation had worked. Rep guaranteed me order was cancelled. They shipped it anyway. I returned it unopened in the same box. I paid $650, Best Buy refunded about $550. Restocking and handling fees, ya know. Amazon and other online merchants don’t do this. I will never use Best Buy in the future."
