"This company is sketchy. Our bike had a major issue 4 months into owning it and they have not responded to any questions about it for 8 months. They sell bikes that don't have replacement parts from company's that are near bankruptcy (i.e. Reid). I would go to Erik's Bike and Board right down the road."
"A few years ago I gave a poor review to Crazy Lennies.. they were fairly new and so the maintenance end of things was under developed.. I am pleased to share that last spring I had my ebikes tuned up there and everything was excellent. Fair, friendly service and got the bikes going better than new. Very pleased to delete that old review and give them a big thumbs up!"
"Gary, our salesperson shared his knowledge and expertise when we made our purchase. He thoroughly answered all of our questions. Our bikes and hitch bike rack were fully assembled and ready for transport. A young polite man from the service department assisted us with securing our equipment. "Great customer service. Purchased and e-bile 1 year ago. I am from Upper Michigan and never had anny problems with my bike. They make sure the bike is perfect before it goes out the door. No pressure to buy or purchase a certain model. They want you to be happy with the bike you choose. You can take as many bikes as you want to ride to make sure you like what you are purchasing. I love this place and definitely will be back."
