"Delicious ciders in a cozy atmosphere! Walker has obviously put a lot of time and effort into his recipes, as well as curating the seasonal cheese board. We came in the evening time and sat in the back patio area while a live jazz duo played, which was a very pleasant surprise."

"We had a great experience at Hidden Cave. All of the ciders we had were delicious and had great apple flavor. Walker, (the owner, chief brewer, and actual bottle washer) explained all the 6 different flavors in detail (they change daily). You can see his passion and taste it in the final product. It was a beautiful night to sit out in the back and enjoy our flight of ciders. We really enjoyed the "French toast" and Hibiscus Juniper ciders. We are looking forward to coming back!"

"A hidden gem! I have lived around Middleton for almost 40 years and just found out about this place. This is an excellent place if you enjoy hard apple cider. There was six varieties available which is nice as you are not overwhelmed by too many choices. I will beback."
