"We get food from this location at least once a week, and we have been for years. In the last month, we have had two instances of missing food and/or the completely wrong sandwich ending up in our bag. When I called this last time, coupons were offered because I was unable to come back for the missing food. She offered mail or email, and I chose email. I have yet to receive the coupons, and it seemed a little like I was getting the brush off on the phone. It wasn't a peak time when I called - it was 3:30... I'm just disappointed."

"The food they messed it up. And the person when I was going through the drive though we had to tell a couple of times what we wanted. But when the guy came out with our food he was very nice."

"Something has happened to this location in the past year or so. We tend to do takeout from this location. Three of our last four visits have resulted in me going back after I got home because something was missing from our order. At some point, it's no longer a simple mistake. Maybe it's about how employees are trained to complete orders, maybe it's employees just not paying close enough attention, I don't know. All I do know is I don't like taking the extra 20-30 minute round trip to get the missing item(s) from my order."

"The staff here is always friendly and fast! They have delicious food and various types of seating options. Online ordering to your table is smooth and easily lets you explore the options. Their sound reduction is also great so you can easily hear people at your table without having to talk over your neighbors!"

"We love this location and it’s well deserving of 5 stars. Culver’s always slaps. HOWEVER the best food we get here is when the burgers get seasoned. Usually though it seems like the patties aren’t seasoned and it takes an exceptional burger down to average. Please throw some salt on them thangs! Otherwise keep it up :)"
