"I purchased 2 England recliners and had issue with the seat cushion on one chair The manufacturer has a 10 year warranty on that I contacted the store and I was not taken care of. Andrea did not return my calls when left messages on the phone and at the store. When I did catch up with her she did not have any answers finally she told me she was dropping the line and they, the company, was not going to do anything. I called the company and without any runaround The Manufacture is sending me a new seat cushion. It was a satisfactory ending BUT NO HELP FROM Andrea I told Andrea that it was a collapsed cushion not the wrinkle fabric. She needs to listen to the customer"
