"I am very sick and in need of an antibiotic. The doctor on call sent the prescription to Walgreens on Cardinal. They never called me so I drove over. Sign in the pickup window said they are closed today as they have no pharmacist. Tells you to go to Military and Shanow Ave location. They can’t get the prescription from from the Cardinal location. I’m sitting in the parking lot waiting for them to get a new prescription. I am bleeding from my UTI and need to desperately pee. I’m sitting here crying and waiting! God help me."

"Worst experience. Ever. We made appointments for vaccine booters for myself, my husband and my 85 year old Mom. We get there five minutes early. We were ignored until I snagged Zoey to ask if we were in the right place for vaccines. Zoey made it immediately and constantly obvious that she hates her job. Sullen and rude from beginning to end. Half an hour passes and we finally get forms to fill out. Another half hour passes and when I ask what's up with our appointments, I was literally snorted at and was told that we'd be seen "when we have the time to enter your information into the computer". In the meantime, though, they keep taking phone calls, cars at the drive up, people that wander up to the counter. F appointments, I guess. It took two minutes to do three vaccines, but we ultimately waited an hour and ten minutes and were treated with disrespect. Whoever manages this pharmacy ? Do your job and re-train/unemploy your staff."

"Drove 25 miles to be told my prescription was not ready even tho I was texted it was ready they only had 1 prescription in stock and have to wait for the other one. Is this a Trump run facility? Sure seems that way tells us how good they are not now. I use to love this place but not now. The tech had his mask below his nose so how contaminated is my prescription this is the second time through with the same tech with mask not properly in place."
