"Walked in preparing to purchase a hat for my nephew, however the guy in the store was talking to someone he knew and was cursing left and right and totally ignored me. After standing there for almost 30 seconds waiting to be acknowledged, I finally left and walked across the mall and purchased something at Foot Locker. Bad experience!"
