"Location was supposed to fill a liquid prescription for an infection (2 bottles of 100ml each). When we received the two bottles, one had less than the other (just assumed we still received the full 200ml) We were very careful to give the exact dosage and ended up being 30ml or 3 doses short. Pharmacist didn’t care and said to call ER to get more and also said she isn’t sure how that is possible because the bottles come with the correct dosing of powder and all they do is add water to make it 100ml per bottle. Based on this statement it is obvious one of the bottles was under filled and the concentration likely off because one of the bottles came with noticeably less liquid than the other. What a joke"

"The clerk that helped us was very rude. She had an attitude when my kid and I walked to the counter. Said hello and let her be. She slammed her hand in my bag with the receipt and then shoved it at me."

"THEY closed a prescription that had been sent over 4 days earlier. No reason, just closed it. Never told me. Bunch of 5 year olds working there. Spent three hours on the phone with at least 6 people, kept getting transferred, had to start the entire story over, got transferred again, and again... and again... NOONE KNOWS WHAT IS GOING ON THERE. They finally said the doctor would have to send in a new prescription. WHY WOULD THEY CLOSE A PRESCRIPTION?? And then waste my time? CANNOT WAIT TO GET OUT OF WALGREENS!!!!!!!! RUDE people, EVERYONE gives you a different story... NO COMMUNICATION...."

"It convenient on one of the two main roads in Green Bay. They're 24 hours including their pharmacy. I usually go here if I'm not feeling well to get medication or use the pharmacy if it's late and other businesses are closed. The pharmacy also has an optional drive through. Some of the surrounding neighborhood can feel a little sketchy but I've not had any issues when shopping here. Their parking lot of well lite and the store is clean and well kept."

"Their pharmacy is like something out of a bad movie. 7 people giggling behind the counter and ignoring my kid, but claiming to be "short-staffed" when finally questioned. And then, on a separate occasion, my other daughter goes to fill an order and is told that her prescription was never called in. However, upon calling the ordering clinic, my daughter is told that. YES. The pharmacy DID receive it. When she showed them the message from the clinic, the pharmacy staff-member had a very "OH WELL That sucks" attitude. So the clinic had to RESEND the same prescription, even though they already had it. Hopefully, it will get filled same night. How incompetant and dismissive can the service ultimately get? Update: apparently, it CAN get worse. She actually had to give up getting her medication from there, that night. WOW. Minimum effort, people."
