"I come in often to get products to dye my hair. I'm pretty well versed in color theory and when I go in there and ask a basic question I get the wrong answer. I don't think the staff actually know what they're saying/recommending. There's a review that's below a little and she was sold T18 and I'm pretty sure she wasn't lifted high enough to have the effect wanted. Just a little more information can save someone from messing up their hair. Don't recommend things that aren't accurate. The store also has a pretty low stock often."
"I walked in and asked help with a toner for my highlights specifically asking that I don’t want my natural hair ( dark brown) to get bleached . She ensured me that nothing would happen to my natural hair and sold me Wella t18 with 20 developer, totally ruined my hair, bleaching my natural hair to an orange color and my highlights are purple ... horrific just in time for Halloween. I should have done more research myself but I trusted the professional…"
