"I went to renew membership, being a Veteran when I renew I normally get a 10.00 credit applied for a purchase. Nobody ever seems to know how to do this, this time after some work they said when I check out the credit will be there. I checked out, no credit. There's a reason why I'll drive 60 miles to Rochester to Costco. 10/9/23. I need to add to my review that Sam's Club got hold of me and made it right and I thank them for doing that."

"Absolute disaster! The customers make it impossible to navigate the parking lot with carts and driving in every direction at the same time. Products in the store are disorganized and dusty. There is a lot of work to do in this specific location."
"We love going to Sam's Club. We were able to save a little bit of money while also getting stocked up for a good amount of time. It is definitely worth doing for a family. I would not recommend for a single person. The pizza is amazing there AND cheap. We had a good time and I dont feel that we spent a ton for all we got. The pizza slice is huge (2 of what's in picture)."
