"Cool and interesting concept, but just doesn't work well here. Not enough options on the menus, even with 5 different "restaurants." Food was okay but didn't stand out to be great. Seems mass produced and frozen, so it just wasn't that good. Also got plastic utensils, which was a turn-off."

"NOTHING like the old cannery before they shut down. It’s not a farm to table anymore, they have tacos and other “Caribbean” foods. My mom and I used to love coming here, we will not be coming back. The “servers” sit on their phones at the bar while you order your own food from a QR code that you scan with your phone. No cash is accepted, card only. Food is not worth the price at all. Was very disappointed. If you liked the old cannery, don’t bother coming here :("

"Came in for lunch to check out this new test kitchen concept and loving the whole idea of a space that was created to help aspiring restaurant owners to try a space and learn all the important skills to make it on their own. What a tremendous way to give back to the Green Bay community! When you arrive to the location you can order right off your phone using a QR code located at your numbered table. You can order off all the menus available at the test kitchen.The food gets brought to your table once it’s ready ."

"We loved the test kitchen concept at The Cannery! We had checked out the menus before arriving so we did not need to use the menus on the wall outside of one of the entrances. You can order on one of the 2 kiosks or use your smartphone. You get a text when your order is ready to pick up at the counter. My husband ordered the meat lovers omelet, silver dollar pancakes and a side of fruit. He said they all tasted amazing. Very generous and flavorful side of fresh fruit. I ordered a shredded beef arepa from Colombian Flavors. Oh my goodness, it was so delicious!! We then shared a cheesecake flight from Fivethumbsup. I love everything key lime so that was my favorite but they were all creamy and delicious! They staff was very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!!"
