Papa Johns Pizza

"Ordered a pizza and papa bites and only got my pizza. When i called back the manager said oh sometimes the small boxes get stuck in the bag and shed call the driver. Never heard back and the food never got delivered. Wont order again as they just wasted 10 dollars."

"My daughter and I walk in to get a pizza but the day time manager on duty was rude and didn't even talk to us. I thought this was a family friendly place but it's far from that. Looks like you guys need new management."

"I had a good experience here while picking up someone's order. From that experience I decided to place an order myself. This is the first time I've had Papa John's. I enjoyed the food but the prices were a surprise. When I was done placing my order I was surprised by the total for 2 people to eat there. Overall a very good place to eat."

"The manager was yelling and arguing at one of her employees the entire time we were waiting for our pizza. She was extremely rude to him. It was very uncomfortable. He was excellent his name was Enrique and he even made the family behind us feel comfortable with their family. I would never walk in again, only order online."

"Got coupons in the mail so I tried ordering online for the first time to get the discount. But the pricing is very confusing, because as you add things it doesn't tell you how much those things cost. So it appeared to me that it added it incorrectly. But apparently those things just cost a lot more than they used to. Also, they took out the two small tables they used to have if you wanted to eat your pizza right there while it's still hot. There is also no menu on the wall anymore with pictures to help you decide. Papa John's doesn't want you to know how much things cost, apparently. On the plus side, they told us it would take 15 minutes since we ordered at the counter instead. But they made it unless and kept us updated!"
