Reviews
"My husband and I went out for dinner tonight and dined in at this DQ. I don’t normally leave negative reviews but I was very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness of the lobby and restroom facilities. There were dead bugs in the window sill next to our booth, all the tables, chairs and booths looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in sometime, we had to wipe our table down with hand sanitizer, the men’s restroom had garbage all over the floor, smudgy mirrors, toilets were gross, also the garbage outside the front door was overflowing. It was just awful and made for a very unpleasant experience. I don’t think we’ll be returning."
"Usually I don’t give negative google reviews but I had to this time. I pulled in the drive through to pick up my online order and there was a sign that the sensor was broken (that’s fine) I was patient for 10 minutes until someone pulled behind me. I started saying, “hello?” and received no response. I pulled into the The drive through window looking for someone. I made eye contact with one of the workers twice and was ignored. I had to go in the restaurant and ask for my order. To which the lady (who looked like she was in charge of the drive through) made my order. I ordered a blizzard with M&Ms and cookie dough and my wife a Carmel shake. With no rush behind or in front of me, it took the workers 15 minutes to complete my order. Didn’t realize that they didn’t add cookie dough to my blizzard and added minimal M&Ms (when I say minimal M&Ms, I got 1/4 of an M&m every 3-4 bites) until I got home. If I could give zero stars, I would. Never going to this DQ again."
"In short: Drive-thru is often a 30 minute experience, so buyer beware if you have hungry kids in the car or at home! Of the 3 times I've visited this location, each time it has taken 25+ minutes to get my order... and not always by choice. Once you're in the drive thru lane, it's curbed all around and you have no choice but to sit for the duration of the unreasonably long wait (or pop the curb, if you're desperate). If you aren't going to give me my food in an acceptable amount of time, PLEASE LET ME OUT! By the time you get the food, it's often cold, or in the case of ice cream: melted. I worked at a DQ for several years, and I know firsthand how a lunch/dinner/sports team rush can overwhelm even a full team of seasoned employees, but 25 minutes every. single. time. is simply unacceptable. There is never a "thank you for your patience" or "sorry for the long wait"... those brief phrases of acknowledgment go a long way in my book. In no way will my departure from this DQ location affect them in any way, but I hope that management at this location find ways to just do better on behalf of their franchise and their conscience."
"On a short staffed day, they made the most satisfying burger I have had since I can remember. Came with fries and ranch and I couldnt have been happier with the service. I'm very grateful!"
"Went through the drive through and ordered two treats for my daughter and her friend for her birthday sleepover. When we got home and ready to eat we realized they were completely wrong! Two completely different items. We were also charged more than what our two items would have cost. The most unfortunate of all was that my daughter's friend was very allergic to peanuts and the item she was given instead was a peanut buster parfait. Not wanting to let my daughter down on her birthday, I drove 15 minutes back to the store and explained what it happened to them. I was given the overage of change that I had spent in return and given the correct items. No trust me, I understand completely that mistakes happen and I was very calm and understanding. However, not once was an apology given. Not once was even an admission of error. Not to mention the blizzards we were given were extremely runny, they were like milk. Definitely could not have tipped them upside down. I am very disappointed in this location and will not be back!! I had two negative experiences prior to this one and I have gone back twice hoping for different results. I guess that's not the case. And I'm just expecting the same response to this review that they give everyone saying they hope you'll give them another chance. I feel like it's pretty scripted the response that they give everybody on here when they receive a negative review. You would think if they truly cared about customer service, they would individualize their responses and actually take the time to read these reviews and correct their errors. I don't need an apology any longer from dairy Queen. They had the opportunity to do that. I'm simply letting my community know how disappointing this was."
