"5 pieces of potato. And they're hard and crunchy. This is just embarrassing and sad. How can anyone think that this is serveable?"

"The staff are usually super kind! But I definitely don't recommend anything with potatoes in it. The potatoes always come out hard and crunchy, almost like they sat out and the refried them. Definitely a horrible texture to bite onto when you're expecting to bite into soft potatoes that taste somewhat fresh"

"We ordered via door dash & we’re missing quite a few items from our order. We had to drive to the store to get what was missing, and when we arrived the staff was rude and unapologetic. We had to pay twice for some items. “The customer is always right” is definitely not practiced here, and no remedy was given except for simply paying twice items. Definitely not cool, tbell. I mean, our expectations were not high to begin with, but our experience was not correct customer service on several levels."

"Waited in the drive through and we were told about 4 minute wait on crispy chicken tacos. Well over 10 minutes go by and the entire time employees were yelling, screaming and messing around in the kitchen which we saw the entire time we waited. The guy making the food also had a beard and should have had a hair net on. Get home and one of the chicken tacos had a small piece of hard chicken not even 2 inches long. Rest of our food was disgusting. Below shows the chicken taco missing the rest of the chicken."

"Went here before a oral mouth surgery. Next 2 Costco and Mc’D’s….. drive thru was dull. No one was inside to dine to. I wanted to dine. I would rather be there than the dentist for surgery! What I like shout this place was: inside was clean. Bathroom was clean. I could have easily called b3 to get my food but did not. Ppl got to me right away. I had the place To myself. I wasn’t sure what to get? I settled in a burrito and 2 soft shell tacos. Super chill here.At the bell… Food is priced accordingly. Really super nice staff. After I went to leave I wasn’t alone. There were two others… like me… that decided to dine in. Until the next review, Steve-O, out!"
