QDOBA Mexican Eats

"Qdoba makes ordering online easy. Their salads are large, filling, and delicious! The pick up process inside could use improvement. Since the food is behind the counter, you either have to wait in line with others who have yet to order or awkwardly "budge" in line to ask for your food."

"Food was good but the woman who started my order was rude and saying nasty things about me to her coworkers in Spanish, like I didn't know. Would never return or recommend. Especially since they laughed at what she was saying and then looked at me like nothing was going on. Next man in line wearing a suit got a most respectable greeting and service, like I should have received."

"Came in for a to-go order on 10/10/23 evening. The guys working were friendly, polite, and worked super fast. It seemed they were short-staffed but still delivered great service while hustling. The person in front of me got a coke, the manager was at the register, and accidentally stumbled with the bottle. He grabbed another one instead so not to give the customer a shook up soda. Taking the extra 2 seconds to care means a lot. Great job guys!"

"I think these photos should speak for themselves. I have never been to a more filthy Qdoba or food establishment for that matter. Upon showing up the restaurant the garbage was overflowing. As we ordered our food the process was very rushed. The change machine didn’t work to give correct change when paying (also there was a handwritten sign on the door stating “cash only”). The soda machine maybe had 4 options. Not one single table was clean to sit at, meanwhile, the staff (4 people) were all standing around chatting. They also proceeded to all sit at a table and eat food that was sitting there when we walked in. If you’re advertising 17/hour wage then your employees should be cleaning the restaurant during down time, ESPECIALLY the restrooms. Both the men’s and women’s restrooms were filthy and smelly. Garbages overflowing, toilet paper dispenser broken, a random water pale? Honestly just unbelievable. I wish I would have seen the restroom before ordering my food, if I had, we would NOT have eaten here. Hopeful for no food poisoning. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND, respectfully."
