"You probably already know if you like Taco Bell food or not, but if you do this is hands down the best one in Madison. That really comes down to the service, which is consistently some of the best I've ever had at a fast food restaurant."

"I don't usually come to this location just because it is too close to the Darno neighborhood. However, I came here on January 11 at 7:28 and ordered on the app, and there were 5 people working on the kitchen, and it took them a whole hour to complete my order. RIDICULOUS! I tried to cancel it, but they said they can't do anything since I ordered online. They said cancel it on the app, and I couldn't figure it out how to do the cancelation."

"Got the food & it was good but the service was slow & on the window they didn't have a time for closing but when we went around to go in for some sauce the doors were locked this was not much after 10pm. Someone open the doors & they acted & smelled like they were on or smoking something. Don't think we will be back again. We verily got the order in, it was almost like they didn't care"

"I have been to this Taco Bell location a few times over the past year and a half. It has gotten worse each time I visit. We had to wait to get some of our food. We wait 15 to 20 minutes to get all of our food. As we waited, the other food was getting cold. I will think twice about going here next time."

"Probably the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. Employees are rude/unprofessional. I’ve been here maybe half a dozen times in the last two years and they’ve gotten my order wrong every time. Whether it’s online, in person, or using one of those automated screens, the team here appears to have no skills of comprehension, they seem to just give you whatever they feel like in the moment.
