"Had a delivery. We had a delivery set for 11:3@ for our office and it was delayed. I called and they said they had a lot of orders for that location so they were getting them all ready and bring them all over. We have set lunches and were told it’d be ready by 11:30 but it wasn’t delivered until 12:15. I called a few more times. The first time I was out on hold, the second time the phone was taken off the hook, and the last time I was hung up on. Terrible service!"

"Do not order delivery! I ordered delivery via the app. I am a patient person. At the 1 hr mark the app updated to "out for delivery". At the 1.5 hr mark it updated to delivered. I had not received my order yet. I looked around my building and did not find the order. I called the store and was told "it should be there soon" very curtly. When I pressed further about why it was already marked as delivered, the person on the other end just repeated "it should be there soon". TERRIBLE customer service. Not even an "I apologize for the wait." "I can confirm that your order is out for delivery." Or "I'm sorry it was marked as delivered. If it doesn't arrive in x minutes, please call back."? Looking at the other reviews, I am not the only one having the same issue. When will corporate or the franchisee open their eyes? We are almost at the 2 hour mark now with still no order. Update: Finally got my order! Drink and sandwich were correct. Chips were wrong and a flavor I can't eat. Annoyed that I paid for something I can't have and isnt what I ordered, but at least I finally have my food!"
