Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

"It's sad that this is the only Popeyes in Racine. This Popeyes used to be great, but those days are over. A manager in training couldn't even keep the drive-thru open and closed it. What kind of nonsense is that? Then, when my order was taken, she didn't even inform the cashier that they didn't have buns for the chicken sandwich. He went on taking orders that customers weren't going to receive at all. The really sad part is that she couldn't give people their money back. I mean, not one person received their money back. This is now the worst Popeyes in a 50-mile radius. If you want Popeyes, don't go to this one. Save your money, time, and frustration. I'm sure they will be closing soon anyway."

"It’s unfortunate that I have to give a star. Multiple experiences have shown the complete indifference towards customer service, both times had a needless wait in the drive through. This more recent visit was a pickup which they referred me to come inside without even asking the name. Only for me to get inside and the order not even started, and was informed the order needed to be cancelled due to there being no more chicken tenders, no offer to a substitution. I hold in high regard the respect to service workers and understand usually a lack of staffing or busy hours will lead to inconveniences, such is life. However in the more recent interaction it appeared neither were the case and the workers were all to eager to not have to make the order. Do not patronize this Popeyes unless you genuinely want to be disappointed."

"Placed order online, app asks if you want to get it in drive thru or in place so I choose drive thru. I arrived to the drive thru, waited 20 minutes to get help then was told all online orders need to come in. I went in and they didn’t even have my order pulled up or anything. They started making my order then were out of Mac n cheese so had to substitute. In the end I didn’t get things I ordered and more of the stuff I did. Potatoes were barely warm, chicken was hot cause I had to wait around additional 15+ minutes. By the time I got my order it was 70 minutes from the Time I ordered to when I got it. There was literally one customer in the place. Staff was bare minimum and everyone just had apologies and yet moved just casually around. Ridiculous and now I know why the place is literally dead a lot."

"Food was Fresh and Delicious! Ordered some chicken tenders that were a little too spicy for our liking. They exchanged no problem. Staff was friendly, especially April. She was a sweet heart! Thank you!"

"Very disappointed. I got the 1/4 pound shrimp and chicken tenders combo. The shrimp were definitely not jumbo shrimp... They weren't normal size shrimp... I wouldn't even call them popcorn shrimp... They were in my opinion breading with NO shrimp. And they had no cocktail sauce. The chicken tenders were a joke. Look at the pic of the one chicken tender I got. My finger is pointing at it. It was about the same size of a shrimp. It was a joke. There was no chicken in that piece! No way! The one good thing about my visit was the service was fast and friendly. The person at the window was super nice an apologized for being out of some things... Cole slaw and cocktail sauce. If this was my first time going to Popeye's, I would never go back... But I know it can be much better. So, I will try it again soon."
