"11/2023 They have changed ownership since I was absolutely wowed when I first learned about them some years ago, before covid. The chicken is still good and we still to get takeout from here from time to time, but it's definitely no longer the bestest place for chicken. the little things that made it special, like the ginger strips are gone, though they still give you lemon salt sprinkles. Service is fine - it is a pick up joint so we don't have much interaction. I've gotten door dash service but they always seem to forget something when I do. Like this time, they forgot fries. Last time, Cole slaw. When we pick up ourselves, we always check before we leave because it happens quite often. - fried whole wings - deliciously golden, not too salty. They are whole wings, in 3 sections, which is nice if you like the wing tip area like I do. - potato wedges - these are more expensive than regular fries, but there's no Merrit in paying the extra. Regular fries are pretty good, and the wedges are subpar. Oh, and don't get lost. They are located right on the corner of Teutonia and Good Hope, inside the gas station. (and don't get gas here - it's cheaper just down the street)"

"I placed an order thru Door Dash for the loaded fries and received what looked like loaded fries but turned out to be loaded rocks. To top it off, that 1st bite included a mushroom which is not in the description for the fries. I am allergic to mushrooms so I would have never ordered this item had I saw that. Who puts mushrooms on fries?! Safe to say I will NEVER eat anything from this establishment again being the very first time I chose them, this is what I received!"

"The fried chicken deluxe sandwich is pretty good. It’s better value than other sandwich. There website doesn’t work correctly so avoid that. They should really fix that. It’s just bad marketing."

"This place is lovely!! The staff is nice, kind, and very helpful! The food is always fresh and made to order. Never had any complaints coming here to enjoy their food... kevin and his wife princess are extremely caring and helpful... totally recommend!!!!"
