"Had to go to this location even though it’s out-of-the-way because the Pizza Hut closest to me is closed even though I put in an online order well this one was open but I walk in and there’s a employee in the back a guy and a girl not sure if she works there or not but just screaming at each other for ever they don’t come to the front They don’t stop screaming. Finally some kid comes give me my pizza but I don’t know what is going on around here but Pizza Hut I’m done with it."
"My experiences at this particular Pizza Hut have been somewhat mixed, with the quality of service fluctuating. One crucial tip for patrons who favor the thin crust option, like myself, is to explicitly request that it not be overcooked. This seems to be a common oversight unless specified; however, the staff does show a commendable commitment to customer satisfaction by willingly remaking the pizza to meet expectations without prompt when this request is made. A delightful aspect of my visits has been the personalized attention from the staff. It's heartwarming to be greeted by name by a friendly employee who recognizes me, adding a touch of personal connection that is rare and appreciated. The kitchen operations, however, appear to be an area in need of improvement. The preparation pace can't seem to keep up during peak times, leading to delays in order fulfillment. This bottleneck might be alleviated with either additional staffing or better coordination within the kitchen team. For delivery, it seems they rely on third-party services like Uber Eats, often resulting in delivery drivers waiting in the establishment for orders. This observation underscores the importance of tipping generously for their patience and service. In terms of food quality, while the thin crust pizza tends to be overly crispy and excessively edged on occasion, it's noteworthy that the pizza could benefit from a sharper cutter for a complete slice through. Despite these hiccups, the overall food quality has been satisfactory, consistently bringing me back, especially given my son's fondness for their thin crust pizza. The restaurant's effort to remain accessible via phone during busy periods is a testament to their dedication to customer service, though reaching them can sometimes require persistence. In summary, this Pizza Hut offers a decent experience for those looking to satisfy their pizza cravings, especially with a few insider tips in mind. While there's room for improvement in kitchen efficiency and a few minor quality adjustments, the friendly staff and willingness to accommodate specific cooking requests make it a viable option for regular visits."
"Upon walking in the restaurant, it was very dirty with papers all over floor. My pizza did not look right. It had many bubbles. So many it didn’t look like it had cheese on it. I requested a refund and was told that I couldn’t get one. They remade the pizza and it looked the same. I believe they gave me back the same pizza. I love pizza hut but unfortunately I will not return."
"Daniel here at your local Kops Park Pizza hut located on 76th and burleigh. I ordered online about 30 dollars worth Saturday night, and their system said it would be done in 15 minutes. 10:15 I arrive at the store. I was immediately greeted with a harmonized "we're closed!" I wasn't sure why they were closing at 10:15pm (45 min before posted closing time) when my order was promised to be finished. I questioned the young lady and man about why and if my return would be issued. They assured me it would, and so I took their word for it and drove to Taco Bell instead. Then, on Sunday morning, around 11:30 a.m., I checked my email for the PizzaHut email cancelation of my order. I was met with a different email asking to leave a review of how my food was last night. I went to the store within 20 minutes and to my surprise, the doors were locked, at noon! The manager/shift leader, Jeff, opened the door and gave an exhausted "we're closed." I recognize Jeff and explain my situation to them. They sympathize with me and go on to tell me all the issues this store has been put through and how little concern the owners and head of departments have shown in terms of the overall quality and functionality of the 76th st location. Not having the proper equipment and support in any business will cripple the performance and deter any progress in a business. As I can gather from countless other reviews, this location has been facing neglect, and it surfaces on the face of each individual tasked with having to be show up here everyday. P.s. Jeff asked if I was hungry and made me food after hearing him speak up about the problems they have been forced to deal with, which are very much out of their control. Thank you Jeff!"
