Pizza Hut

"I ordered a cheese pan pizza for delivery from the Pizza Hut on 76th St. It was delivered by DoorDash. When I opened the box, I had a pepperoni hand-tossed pizza. I called the restaurant to get the order corrected. I had to try three times before anyone even answered the phone. The person I spoke to, Jada, informed me that I would have to come in if I wanted the correct pizza. They then told me I would have to call the next day when the manager was there if I wanted a refund. They then hung up on me. I called back and explained that I wanted the correct pizza. They said they didn’t have any control over what was delivered because DoorDash delivered it. In the next breath, they said it was their fault so they would replace the pizza, but I still had to come in to get it. When I said that wasn’t acceptable, they put me on hold and never came back to the phone."

"I decided to order a pizza for delivery from Pizza Hut. I have not had it for a long time and so, I ordered a thin crust. It was disappointing because being that I am from a bakery and working with my dad, whom was a baker; I realized that the yeast was killed while making the pizza or the dough was old. The pizza was tough and hard, hardly any sauce, and was tasteless. Putting a frozen pizza from lJack’s in the oven would’ve been better than this pizza, I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again anytime soon."
