"I loved the Fukamushicha green tea. It is a great full bodied tea with sweetness. Gotta order more teas soon!"
"Purchased a cake of what I thought was an aged shu pu'er. The tea was incredibly bitter, with a fishy aftertaste - even after cooling the water and shortening the steeping - and the leaves were very broken, both not expected out of a quality pu'er. I am somewhat suspicious of the tea's advertised "single origin", and believe it to be one of many repackaged factory cakes available cheap online - the wrapper even exactly matching hundreds of eBay listings. I was denied a refund/store credit, partial or otherwise. Jennifer was kind enough both times I spoke with her, however I will not be returning. Disclaimer: I did not try any of her other teas. The particular cake I bought did not have a sample available for smelling or tasting, unlike the others. Please research and inquire before buying "aged" teas! P.S. - She claims this tea came directly from Pu'er. If you read the wrapper, it claims to be a 2002 Bingdao, nearly 10 hours away..."
"I recently had the chance to try Fukamusicha tea from Cultivate Taste. Having grown up with steamed Japanese green tea, the authentic smell was evident right off the bat, devoid of any chemical flavors. Post-brewing, the distinct steamed flavor added a delightful touch to the experience. As for the price-point, I personally think it is reasonable. Truly enjoyed it!"
"Really big fan of this tea! So delicious I've been drinking the honey oolong for the last few days. Planning to try out some other flavors too, including some herbal teas that are great on a winter evening when I don't want caffeine. I highly recommend this tea shop!"
