"First the good: Super fast service, didn't scratch my wheels. Now the bad: $42/tire to dismount/mount/balance loose wheels (no disposal), and they couldn't even clean their lube off my tires. I understand that large low profile tires aren't fun to mount, I've done it MANY times, but that price is out of line. Frankly... that price is absurd and I won't be back."
"I was told THREE times it would be 1-1.5 hours for new tires and alignment. I was there for 3 hours 15 minutes. Just be honest with your lead times. I had to reschedule a meeting and was 5 minutes late to a second meeting. I won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone."
