"PLEASE CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU EAT IT! I ordered a banh mi through Doordash for lunch. It was awhile before I was able to eat it. Once I finally did, I realized the chicken was raw right when I was about to finish the entire thing. Doordash only allowed me to get $5 back. I frequent pho4u often due to it being convenient for work. I understand mistakes happen and I never had an issue here before. I called them directly to let them know my experience. I don't think they understood me fully. They hung up on me after a long awkward pause and a goodbye. No apologies or anything. I thought about calling back to speak with a manager. But I figured, what's the use. I'll leave a review here instead. A friend ordered a banh mi recently and their pork was still raw as well. Luckily I was fine. No food poison. But I don't think I could come back again."

"The pho is really bland, no taste at all. Water down broth. The restroom had no soap and the trash was was full. This is in the morning. Should be clean and refill for the whole day. Go next door the other pho restaurant. It’s way better."
