"Came in tonight through the drive through waited at least 5 min before I was even attended. No worries I waited and was patient until they were ready to take my order. Unfortunately the person who took my order messed it up and I had told her that the food I had ordered wasn’t in there. She said she couldn’t hear what I ordered and told me to get back in line and do the order again, instead of making things right. I told her if there was any way she can fix it since I already got my food and don’t want to wait in line again and she said no I would have to go back around. I understand they are short staffed and had a line but I feel as a customer if you make a mistake you should be able to fix it and give out a good customer experience. Poor quality on customer service."

"I wanted Mac Sauce INSTEAD OF, NOT IN ADDITION TO ketchup and mustard on my McDouble. I asked if there would be an extra charge for that request and was told, "No". However, an extra charge of 45 cents was added for the substitution anyway, so I left taking my business elsewhere never to return."

"Absolutely the WORST in all aspects. No employees, filthy building, trash cans all overflowing. Food took forever and wasn't hot. There was A HAIR in my daughter's Coke. Just disgusting! We didn't finish our food, it was so bad."

"I don’t expect much from McDonald’s but this has to be the worst. Went in to order, used the machine because the employees couldn’t be bothered to take my order. Went and sat down after I put a table number in and sat for about 15 mins before I thought “man this is taking a long time” I see my food sitting on the counter and nobody around. I grab it and go to sit and eat with my wife and everything is messed up. No egg on the sandwich’s no hash browns no drink and when i finally got someone’s attention to get it fixed the attitude I got was crazy. Snatched the sandwich’s off the counter and threw them and was acting like I asked for her first born child. Seriously can’t wait for the automated fast food restaurants"

"Absolutely the worst location I've ever been to. The wait was way too long. But that's not even the reason for the rating. I ordered 2 big mac's for my kids and chicken nuggets. Both Big Mac's were put together wrong and the nuggets were not great looking either. Will not be going there again."
