"Former employee - if I can even call myself that. I recently got a job here and while I completed my onboarding orientation I was told I would be notified for my official start date however It’s been well over a week since my orientation and have not heard anything until I , MYSELF reached out A WEEK LATER asking for a start date and was only asked if I could come in at the end of the week WITHOUT even giving a time. Mind you ,Evan the store manager, had literally made me WAIT 30 MINUTES to even get to me to interview me and when he did approach me he stopped for a good 5 minutes to talk to the cashiers about absolutely NOTHING and then spoke to me. This store has an Extremely UNprofessional hr team. I’ve been shopping here for YEARSSS so to have this type of experience as an employee is unfortunate."

"It's really just a big, poorly stocked building. They do carry nice shoes from established brands at affordable prices. At the time of my visit, only one cashier was working. The store appears extremely understaffed. The changing rooms were not opened it was just not a good shopping experience."

"It is Christmas time your security guard should be saying Merry Christmas not being awfully mean she was horribly rude for no reason and you have people that work on the sales floor that refused to help anybody find anything that is not okay I get that you don't have you know all the stuff and it's not organized blah blah blah blah but your customer service people the people on the floor should be at least a little helpful. They're just full of excuses for every single reason why they cannot help anybody with anything it's ridiculous"

"An abundance of clothes for the whole family, shoe department is sparse (very limited), some departments have full shelves others barely anything. Huge selection of clothing and sizes."
