"Very fast hot fresh food. And they don't jip you. You get a nice amount the burritos never are bad they fill it up I like that.!"

"Finally! A Taco Bell that has a dining room that's actually open when it's supposed to be...and the dining room is clean...and the employees are attentive...they got my order right the first time...and made it promptly. Granted, these shouldn't be things to praise a restaurant over - it should be the bare minimum of expectations. However, in this day & age, especially for fast food (and maybe 3x so for Taco Bell), that's impressive. There's not much notable about New Berlin, but I'm glad they can be proud of their Taco Bell. Give these Saturday night employees a raise, you don't want to lose them."

"Build your own cravings box was $5.99 at this location yesterday. Today, it is now $8.99. Taco Bell is out of it's mind with these price increases. This location in particular is the only one in the area that has higher prices. Never coming back to this location again because of that, and I used to come here at least 3 times a week for lunch."

"Unorganized and dirty. Had store stock boxes and items on the customer order counter they almost couldn't see me waiting to order. Emphasis on waiting. I was standing a few minutes before acknowledge. Service was friendly and smooth but a bit unprofessional."

"I can’t give this place no stars so I need to give it a a one. If you close at 12 you don’t put food away until 12. I went to this Taco Bell tonight at 11:15 a whole 45 minutes before they close and they had half of the food put away already. The lady acted as if it was an inconvenience that I had even showed up to order food. They proceeded to make my food but half of it was wrong. My nacho Belgrade only came with meat cheese and beans. The cheese roll up wasn’t even warmed up it just came with cheese on a tortilla. This was the absolute worst experience at a Taco Bell. Will be getting our money back."
