"I just recently visited this store and it was a great experience! Leah helped me out a lot, explained the sizing to me and the discounts available when i went. She remained very patient and kind throughout my entire visit and was wonderful to work with and talk to! Very pleased with my experience and as this is the closest aero to me, i will be back!"

"I am a black female and the black female associate there was giving weird “racist vibe”. Happy to help the other people with a smile and just stared at my friend and I like we were peasants. There is a buy one get one free and my friend took 3 tops, one of which apparently was clearance. We didn’t know because it was in the buy one get one free, the black associate rudely piped in “because we didn’t catch it!” After it was my time to cash and I was using a $50 tell me why this lady grabbed my money from the other associate and proceeded to scan it over and over like I was a scammer. On any other occasion fine I understand, but this one was purely motivated by hate. Please I have never felt this way in a store before. The manager of the location needs to talk to teach her about customer service."

"Oof, pretty awkward staff, went today on 12/29/22 and the only woman that works there didn’t greet us at all, tried asking a question but kept being confusing. I also tried something on and when I came out she just stared like I was some type of weirdo, uncomfortable staff. The other staff are at least more nice and friendly"

"Store was very clean and organized. I was greeted immediately by an associate named Nick. He was extremely helpful and took me to what I needed right away. They had everything in the size I was looking for which was a problem at other stores. I would recommend this to everyone."
