"I went ahead and placed the order for delivery at 2:55pm. I left my number for someone to call me if there’s any problems with my order. I noticed that my food still wasn’t delivered so I decided to call the store and see what the problem. Cancel my order and I could try back tomorrow. I will never order from Jimmy John’s again. The service was terrible and no one called me about any issues which my number was there for them to do so. Now I have to wait 5 to 7 business days for my money to hit back in my bank account."

"Placed an online order to be ready at 1145am, got an alert that the order was ready to be picked up at 1215pm, went inside and they had not even started making the order during lunch time. Order was not ready until 1230pm, 45 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Why would they tell me the order is ready when they had not even started making it. So much for freaky fast."

"I completely understand that there's not enough workforce, but this store continuously has freaky slow delivery...like 45-60 minutes late. While I understand drivers don't show up...you need better customer service to call people and let them know. I would've even gone to pick-up. Even ordering online and picking a time still doesn't guarantee good delivery time. Terrible when you call to follow-up and the person indicates there's no way for them to track when the delivery will be made only that it is out for delivery. A sorry and have a nice day comment = a screw you. Well, you just lost another customer. How about that?"

"Order placed at 5:27PM. Received a call from the store stating that their driver would not be in for another 50 minutes. We said ok and waited. At 7:18, we called back and were told our order should be delivered in about 20 minutes. At 8:25 we called back and no one answered as the store had closed. We decided to go out to eat and when we opened the door to our apartment, the order was on the floor. No knock on the door to let us know that it was there. After spending $75 with tip for 3 sandwiches and waiting like that, we will never order from JJ's again and will not recommend to anyone we know. "I have been here a few times now. The service is quick but the subs and the meat are low quality. Expect to pay $10 or more for a sub, Chips and a regular drink. Turkey is full of dark spots. Ham is very salty."
