"DO NOT EAT HERE. I ordered Doordash to my job. Was delivered fast and food was right. But when I came to the end of my soda I going to eat what I thought was ice. Opened up the cup and had an entire Soda Nozzle in the bottom of my cup. Called Doordash had part of the order refunded. Called the store got no reply. Left a VM asking of they wanted it back. No reply. Ended up getting a cold sore from it. Will never eat here again Disgusting."

"Went through the drive through and ordered a classic roast beef meal. They told me would be $17 (???) but at the window they only charged me $10, which makes more sense. But then I got my food and they gave me a crispy chicken sandwich and a root beer with ice instead of a Dr Pepper with no ice, which is honestly the worst part. There is very little that is more disappointing than getting a root beer when you’re expecting a Dr Pepper. So gross. Also the staff was super rude, just kinda threw the food at me through the window and didn’t say anything to me at all. I know it’s arbys so the bar is very low and I shouldn’t expect anything amazing but shockingly, the manager to lower the bar again. I don’t think I’ll be going back."

"The employees that work there are absolutely wonderful. Jaz who usually works the register is always super sweet, kind, and always makes me feel great when I come in! There’s also a few other young men there during lunchtime, and the afternoon who ALWAYS greet me, and say, “Welcome to Arby’s!” The staff here is attentive, even when they hit a lunch rush. The employees here work together so well, you can tell they get along to get the work done. The store always looks nice, clean, and is a huge reason I have no problem going in and ordering! I genuinely believe the staff at this Arby’s location sets an example for customer service, they’re always professional, and kind, and that is a huge deal. You guys deserve the best for giving such above and beyond customer service."
