"I ordered a Caramel Frappe from this place and they messed up my order and didn't even give me a refund or a replacement drink. Me and my family have gone there tons of times and there are always issues.... Especially with their Ice cream machine. Their new staff are disrespectful! Not suggested!"

"I worked here and from my experience the workers are wanna be bullies, disrespectful, they got roaches that comes out the coffee machine… Some people there are good but it’s a lot of bad workers they don’t care about the customers they treat them any type of way and throw the food in the bag any way they want I quit from this job I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here"

"Really slow, and they were out of what I wanted. Worst of all, there's a physical barrier stopping you from leaving the drive through line, so I was stuck in a slow moving line to not get what I wanted with no alternative. Literally no redeaming qualities for the experience."

"This McDonald's is just butt ugly inside and out! It looks like a detention facility and NOT a fun burger joint. So we didn't go in this time, we used the drive through. No joke, only two cars ahead of us but a 22 minute wait! Strange people walking around the train of cars waiting. Creepy. The woman inside the window was good. Drinks were all we ordered and they were ready. Management needs to train staff and fill staff to get the quality work done."

"If giving no stars was an option I would of locked that. I ordered at the kiosk then my daughter wanted a kids toy but I couldn’t find it on the kiosk machine. I placed my order and went to the counter as I watched 4 employees just chopping it up, one walks up as if she was going to take my order stops me mid sentence and says oh no I’m going on break, so I asked if one of the 4 people just standing there would help. As another employee as walking in from break, she asked me what I would like with her eyebrows raised the whole time does the transaction, and as I’m sitting at my table, waiting for my order to be brought to me, as it is stated on the table tent I waited 12 minutes for my food they called order number 27 and that was me. So I had to walk up to get my order. It was very rude and very impersonal. No matter what I go to. They don’t care about the customers anymore."
